Policies

General:

1. Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves and/or their children/pets.

2. Guest assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Park harmless from and indemnify Park against the same.

3. The Park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

5. The total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.

   • Maximum 8 total people allowed per standard RV site, 10 per Buddy site. A nightly charge applies for over 6 guests.

6. Maintenance on and/or washing vehicles on property is not allowed.

7. No fish cleaning or disposing of carcasses on the property, please clean & dispose of your fish at the river.

8. All spaces are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

9. Only 3 vehicle(s) allowed per standard site 6 vehicle(s) for buddy sites unless overflow parking has been approved by KCC in advance. ATV’s count towards the vehicle limit per site.

10. DO NOT leave trash/food out overnight as there are bears in the area.

Safety:

1. The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Park.

2. The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.

3. Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.

4. Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.

5. Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.

6. The speed limit on property is 5 mph.

7. Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. No vehicles can block any portion of roadway. Overflow parking must be approved by KCC.

8. ATV use permitted (8am-10pm). Riders must be courteous to other campers and no obnoxious driving in the park.

9. Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the Park.

10. Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the Park.

11. Campfires must never be unattended and fully extinguished when guests leave. No burning of plastics, explosives or combustible materials. Fire must be contained in provided fire ring. Please be aware of local burn bans and cautious of windy days.

Security:

1. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.

2. Report any problems with your site to Management immediately.

3. We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Quiet Hours:

1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No generator use during this time.

2. Please be courteous to other guests around you.

3. Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.

4. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park.

5. Profanity or violence towards other guests or Park staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.

6. Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.

Pet Policy:

1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the Park.

2. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.

3. There is a 2 pet limit per site in the Park. 

4. No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.

5. Pets may not be left unattended.

6. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.

7. Guests should carry proof of their pet's current vaccinations.

8. Pets are prohibited in Park buildings and amenity areas.

9. The Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).

10. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.

Booking Policy:

100% of total is required at the time of booking for all stays, regardless of length.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

• Reservations cancelled at least 5 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

• Reservations cancelled less than 4 days prior to arrival receive no refund.

• No shows and early departures receive no refund.
